The above photo is from my powerpoint presentation that I used during my first class presentation with a public school. I taught a freshman class of P/AP biology students that were beginning the unit on evolution. I came in on a Monday to focus on teaching them about fossils and the history of life on Earth and how it is an important piece of evidence for Darwin's theory.
I am very proud of my work. I took the whole day off to teach every class, going through 75 slides in an hour and a half. The students were attentive and asked several, good questions. They also gave several, positive comments about my lecture/teaching style after the lesson. The teacher (formally my own teacher) also had several good things to say.
